Review the Values List: Carefully examine the list of values provided.
Rate Each Value: For each value, rate its importance to you using the scale below:

Rating	Description
1 (Not Important)	This value doesn't resonate with me or influence my decisions.
2 (Slightly Important)	This value is somewhat important to me, but not a major priority.
3 (Moderately Important)	This value is important to me and influences some of my choices.
4 (Very Important)	This value is very important to me and guides many of my decisions.
5 (Essential)	This value is essential to me and shapes my core beliefs and actions.

Identify Your Top Values: After rating all the values, identify the 10-15 that you rated as "4 (Very Important)" or "5 (Essential)." These are your core values. (In your workbook, write down your top values and a brief reflection on why each one is important to you. A workbook comes with the course.)
Consider Your Career: Reflect on your current or past jobs. How well did those roles align with your core values? What values would be essential in your ideal career?
Explore Career Options: Research different career paths and consider how well they align with your values. Look for companies and organizations that share your values and prioritize them in their culture and practices.

Consider different contexts: Think about how your values might show up in various aspects of your life, such as your personal relationships, community involvement, and hobbies.
